The Board of Directors of Akhela has approved the purchase of 49% share capital of Artemide Tecnologie Informatiche Srl, bringing the total holding to 100% of the share capital of the subsidiary.
The decision was adopted in consideration of the good results reached during the first year of cooperation between the two companies and aims at strengthening the synergies between them
